Corruption is classified as extra-ordinary crime and should be eradicated. Eradication of corruption should always be a priority for the governments agenda to be tackled. In handling must be done by several agencies that have the authority about it. In Indonesia, law enforcement agencies in criminal acts korupsidiantaranya the police, judiciary and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) which has been formulated in Act No. 31 of 1999 on Corruption Eradication Jo Act No. 20 of 2001.
Integrity of the three institutions in enforcing the law has been stipulated in the legislation of each institution, which has the authority respectively, but padapelaksanaannya often a conflict of these three agencies it is in because of differences in the objectives to be achieved.
Constraints faced in creating the integrity of law enforcement in both the corruption of the legal factors including the existence of legislation that is considered to be overlapping so that the pull of authority.
